NORTH CAROLINA — Two men were arrested and a North Carolina Department of Public Safety employee was cited following a drug investigation in Hoke County, according to the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they received complaints about marijuana being sold from a home in the 500 block of College Drive near Raeford. Investigators identified homeowner Hilton Wells Villines III, who is on probation for drug-related offenses, as a suspect.
