Syracuse, N.Y. — Downtown Syracuse is about to smell like charcoal smoke, fried dough, garlic parm and lemonade for two straight days.

Taste of Syracuse returns to Clinton Square this weekend (June 5 and 6), turning the city’s core into a massive outdoor food crawl packed with jerk chicken, crab rangoons, giant pickles, live music and long debates over what deserves your last $2 sample.
