I-690 eastbound will be reduced to one lane between the Interstate 81 northbound on-ramp and Exit 17 (Teall Avenue) in the city of Syracuse from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to a statement from the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT).
