Sylvania-based Rocky Ridge Development LLC was allegedly disposing of spent lime and solid waste at a quarry in Ottawa County, despite a court order prohibiting the company from operating there.
In an affidavit signed by Josh Rammel, a special agent with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the state agent said he believes there is sufficient evidence that Rocky Ridge and its owner, Charles Stansley, were dumping solid waste in violation of the Ohio Revised Code.
