Teen charged in Mulligans pub shooting to appear for bond hearing Wednesday

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The teen accused in the fatal shooting outside of the Mulligans pub in North Charleston, is set to appear in a Charleston courtroom Wednesday for a bond hearing.

17-year-old Maxwell Thomas Koller was arrested in Georgia after fleeing the state, and is facing charges stemming from the March 4 shooting, including murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Koller and his father were extradited from Georgia, where they were located by the U.S Marshals Fugitive Task Force on March 10, police said. Officials also say that 55-year-old Thomas Koller, the father of Maxwell, assisted in the attempted getaway of his son, and has been charged with accessory after the fact of murder…
