ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — South Carolina State University is mourning the death of Dr. William H. Whitaker Jr., dean of the Dr. Emily England Clyburn Honors College.
Whitaker died on Wednesday at age 59, university officials said.
