Following a record-breaking winter collection event that diverted more than 50 tons of toxic materials from local landfills, Gwinnett County officials are preparing for the return of the county’s Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day this summer.
The free event, hosted by Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful in partnership with the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources, will take place Saturday, June 13, from 8 a.m. until noon at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds.
