GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Construction could get underway this summer on three duplexes on a vacant site in Grand Rapids’ Belknap Lookout neighborhood.
Developer Nathan Biller plans to build the duplexes at 837 Prospect Ave. NE near Matilda Street. The site has never been developed, according to information included in a Grand Rapids Planning Commission agenda packet.
