STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — One firefighter was injured and 15 residents were displaced following a fire at a West Brighton home on Wednesday morning.
Around 10:13 a.m., firefighters were summoned to the 60 block of Barker Street, located off Castleton Avenue, where three apartments were damaged, according to the FDNY.
