DEWITT, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)—The Town of DeWitt Planning Board is reviewing a proposal to build almost 700 apartments in what’s already an office park.
Sovereign Partners LLC, a New York City-based real estate firm, is proposing eight five-story apartment buildings spread throughout the Widewaters office park property, according to the planning documents.
The buildings would include:
- Building A — 123 units
- Building B — 134 units
- Building C — 87 units
- Building D — 60 units
- Building E — 83 units
- Building F — 85 units
- Building G — 48 units
- Building H — 68 units
That’s 688 units in total.
The documents say the development would use portions of the existing parking lots and green space while connecting to the office park’s current roadways and entrances.
