EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The family of renowned El Paso artist and community advocate Hal Marcus is launching a new foundation dedicated to preserving his legacy and inspiring future generations of artists across the Borderland.
The Hal Marcus Art Foundation, established through the Paso del Norte Community Foundation, will officially launch June 6, coinciding with what would have been Marcus’ 75th birthday.
