NTsuites, a network of flexible, all-inclusive private workspaces in North Texas designed for local business owners, has filed plans to build a $10 million office and wellness suite complex in Allen, marking the North Texas company’s first expansion into Collin County.
The new Allen office complex will be located along U.S. 75, just north of Home Zone Furniture, and will be surrounded by popular retail districts like Watters Creek. The site will serve clients from Allen, McKinney, Plano, Frisco and Fairview, NTsuites said.
Once constructed, the two-story Allen location will span nearly 50,000 square feet and feature more than 200 private salon, health, office and retail suites. Pre-leasing is already under way, with doors set to open in early 2027, the company website states…
