Bank sues Democratic gubernatorial candidate Francesca Hong for nearly $30K debt

MADISON, Wis. — Democratic gubernatorial candidate Francesca Hong is being sued by Capital One over an alleged credit card debt of nearly $30,000, court records show.

Hong, a Democratic state representative from Madison, announced her candidacy for governor in September, joining a competitive race after Gov. Tony Evers said he would not seek reelection to what would have been his third term.
