A woman was sentenced to prison for a drunken-driving crash that killed a San Antonio teacher.
Giovanna Blangiardo, 38, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for intoxication manslaughter in connection with the death of Whitney Brooke Weddel, 39. She was sentenced this week by state District Judge Christine Del Prado after pleading no contest.
