Firefighters rescue 2 puppies after mother passes away in Sanger fire

SANGER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Firefighters rescued a pair of puppies while responding to a fire in Sanger on Wednesday.

According to pictures provided by the Sanger Fire Department, the puppies appear to be in good health and uninjured.

Unfortunately, however, crews say their mother did not survive the blaze.
