MONROE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State police have cited a Tionesta woman following a hit-and-run crash at a local drive-through in Monroe Township.
According to a report released this week by Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion, the single-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 8:43 p.m. on May 10 at The Meadows ice cream shop, located along State Route 68 in Monroe Township.
