Pennsylvania Treasury returns more than $94,000 to the City of Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – The City of Harrisburg received more than $94,000 in unclaimed property Thursday from the state’s Treasury.

The city was presented with a check for $94,775.44. Unclaimed property includes intangible items like dormant bank accounts, uncashed checks, or forgotten stocks, as well as physical items like jewelry or savings bonds left in a safe deposit box.
