CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – Chesterfield’s Board of Zoning Appeals upheld a planning director’s decision Wednesday to deny a proposed data center in the Bermuda District.
Washington Single Family Fund, the property owner, appealed the planning director’s denial at Wednesday’s meeting. The board refused to acknowledge the appeal, upholding the director’s original decision.
