The disappearance of Kyron Horman remains the most disturbing – and notorious – ongoing mystery in Oregon.
The then-7-year-old boy went missing on June 4, 2010, after being dropped off at Skyline School in Portland, prompting one of the largest searches in the state’s history.
Detectives continue to work the case, and the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday announced that it had digitized the voluminous case file, meaning it is now “leveraging new technology tools to advance the investigation,” the office said in a statement. “This will allow detectives to process and analyze more than 5,300 written documents and more than half a terabyte of data associated with this investigation in a new and meaningful way.”…
