FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — All lanes of westbound State Route 18 have been blocked for hours at Interstate 5 in Federal Way after a crash that killed two people and hurt two others.
According to Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson, troopers were pursuing a driver who wouldn’t pull over when the car hit a guardrail on the ramp to I-5 early Thursday.
