ANN ARBOR, MI — Jessica Ramsey was ready to turn in her job application to work at Tios Mexican Cafe and Tequila Bar in Ann Arbor. Then, she saw the note on social media: the restaurant has closed.
The 23-year-old Ann Arbor resident learned of the news after checking Facebook, saying she cried for about an hour because of how upset she was. Any time she visited, servers knew her and knew what drinks she wanted.
