HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Fire crews have now fully contained a woods fire that reached approximately 46 acres in the Conway area, Horry County Fire Rescue said Thursday.
Crews responded just before 10 a.m. to the area of Rodney Road and Berley MC Road. The South Carolina Forestry Commission was also on scene with two plows.
No structures were threatened, but people may see smoke and firefighter response in the area for an extended period of time, as they are responding to flare-ups…
