If approved by the Horry County Council, a new upscale RV campground could be coming to the Osprey Marina off Enterprise Road.
The county planning commission unanimously approved rezoning for a campground that would include 448 campsites with a host of proposed amenities including a pool, restrooms and outdoor activities in Myrtle Beach.
