ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A 52-year-old Pensacola man is charged with grabbing a woman’s 3-year-old son outside a church and kissing him “all over his face,” according to an arrest report.
Joseph Perry was arrested on May 28 on a charge of false imprisonment of a child under 13.
