Salina, N.Y. – Teacher Amanda Dolbear on Monday morning was looking out her classroom window when she saw a bike for the school’s annual Bike Day hanging from the fence.
Dolbear went outside to find many of the bikes were missing or damaged, some strewn across the lawn. She remembers thinking to herself “this is the wrong time for this to happen.”
