EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A traffic stop in El Paso on Tuesday led to the arrests of two parents after deputies found a driver they said was intoxicated with two young children in the vehicle.
At about 12:50 a.m., deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle after it failed to signal before making a left turn and failed to maintain a single lane of travel.
