DC drivers could soon opt for ‘hidden disability’ indicator on license, ID

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Drivers with “invisible disabilities” could soon have a new option for safer interactions with police officers.

The DC Council will consider “Eric’s ID Law,” a law that would allow drivers the option to include a symbol on their driver’s license alerting officers to their hidden disability.
