University of Michigan contributes $1.26M to Ann Arbor projects

ANN ARBOR, MI – The University of Michigan is investing more than $1.26 million in Ann Arbor municipal projects ranging from emergency medical vehicles to tornado recovery and downtown maintenance.

The funding package will support the acquisition of a new ambulance, installation of retractable street bollards, replacement of waste containers throughout downtown, street cleaning initiatives and restoration work at Veterans Memorial Park.
