Work is continuing to remake one of the Birmingham metro area’s signature shopping malls into a health care facility.
Construction began earlier this spring on the former Belk’s store at Brookwood Village, which will become a $124 million, 135,000-square-foot orthopedic clinic for Andrews Sports Medicine.
