HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — A proposal for a new indoor sports and youth development center on East Brainerd Road is moving through the Hamilton County planning process, despite the RPA recommending against the rezoning needed to make the project possible.
The project would transform 16.15 acres of vacant land near Ooltewah into a community recreation complex featuring indoor tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, practice cages, locker rooms, meeting space, offices and spectator areas.
