CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 13-year-old boy was seriously injured after he was hit by a car Thursday afternoon, Cleveland EMS told 19 News.
EMS responded to a report of a pedestrian struck near Madison Avenue and West Boulevard.
