SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain in The Pass) >> A suspect was taken into custody following a standoff at the end of a chase on northbound 215 Freeway.
It stemmed from a chase that started when officers made a traffic stop on the black GMC Terrain SUV with a male suspect around 6pm June 4, 2026. The suspect pulled over and allegedly backed into the police vehicle. The suspect took off and a pursuit was started. Also it was reported the vehicle was possibly stolen.
After a short pursuit ended at what appeared to be the OnStar disabled the vehicle on northbound I 215 freeway between the 210 freeway and University Parkway exit just before 7pm…
