The former home of children’s author Theodor Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, has sold in La Jolla.
The ocean-view estate, where dozens of Dr. Seuss books were written, sold for nine-million-dollars to Bird Rock Bookshop owner Jodi Bratch and her husband, Ralph.
The couple says they plan to preserve the home’s historic character and pursue historic designation for the property…
