CHICAGO — Police say two people are dead and five others are recovering in the hospital after two gunmen opened fire on a group gathered on the city’s Southwest Side overnight.
According to police, the shooting unfolded just before 12:30 a.m. in the 5100 block of South Wood Street, in the Back of the Yards.
