A 20-year-old woman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after she rear-ended another vehicle in the 8100 block of Archer Avenue in Willow Springs at 10:20 p.m. May 14.
The 35-year-old man driving a Lexus westbound on Archer told police the woman’s Kia struck the rear of his car, causing it to spin several times.
While speaking with the woman, an officer detected a strong odor of alcohol. She told the officer she had consumed three Mike’s Hard Lemonades around 8 p.m. at a friend’s house, according to police reports…
