BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Tonawanda man is facing several charges after he allegedly sold fentanyl in Grand Island, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office said Friday.
Deon Artis, 32, is accused of selling fentanyl and methamphetamine on Grand Island Boulevard on May 13, May 18 and June 1. Officials said Artis was with a minor during the sale on May 13.
