Man, 98, beaten with broom and metal chair in Brooklyn; woman sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 98-year-old man was beaten with a broomstick and a metal chair in a Brooklyn lobby, police said Friday as they released images of the woman they’re searching for.

The victim was entering a residential building at Maple Street and Rogers Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens around 3:50 p.m. Thursday when he was approached by a woman who was distributing flyers in the lobby, police said.
