Yard sales have sprouted up across Christian County and other communities along U.S. Highway 68 for the annual 400-Mile Yard Sale.
The yard sale kicked off on Thursday and continues through Sunday, and its route stretches from McCracken County in the west to Mason County in the northern part of the state.
Here, close to home, the Christian County Regional Animal Shelter is hosting its annual Dog Days of Summer Event, where folks can browse multiple yard sale booths and food and beverage vendors, and those searching for a pet can enjoy discounted adoption fees.
