ORANGE, Ohio — Mayor Judson Kline recently spoke about the challenges the village faces with the increased use of electric bicycles.
“These devices are finding themselves onto our village trails more regularly, and I’ve had recent contacts from residents who’ve been involved with e-bike collisions,” he said at the June 3 Village Coun cil meeting.
“We have to be mindful that these devices can be very dangerous, and parents who provide these devices to their children need to make them aware that they have to operate them safely.”…
