Guns stolen from cars are ending up with Richland County teens, deputies warn

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Law enforcement is continuing to ask for information in connection with a shootout in a northeast Richland County neighborhood that left one person dead.

Richland County deputies said multiple teenagers were involved in the incident, once again raising concerns about youth and gun violence in the Midlands.
