The Crawford Erie County Wildland Crew (C.E.C.) has been deployed for an out-of-district wildfire situation, answering the call to assist with the ongoing Lancing Fire in the Allegheny National Forest, located in McKean County.
The deployment includes personnel from throughout the region, with members from Edinboro taking part in the response efforts. Also deployed is the crew’s bush truck, Unit 397, which will play a key role in navigating rugged terrain and supporting suppression operations in the forest.
