GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A Grand Rapids man has been found guilty of having large quantities of cocaine mailed to Grand Rapids from Arizona.
Cordairo A. Lambert, who has several drug convictions, was found guilty Thursday by a federal jury of possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

The charge stemmed from an incident last summer when authorities recovered nearly 3 pounds of cocaine mailed from Arizona.
Lambert was arrested in mid-July after picking up one of two packages that had been delivered, under the watch of police, to addresses about seven blocks apart on Grand Rapids’ Southeast Side, records show.
Police spotted Lambert walking away with a package from a house on Delaware Street SE and a foot chase ensued, according to court records. Officers arrested him and seized the package they said he was carrying, as well as one from Umatilla Street SE…
