Man sentenced in Pickens County to 30 years for trafficking meth

PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office said a man was convicted of trafficking methamphetamine in Pickens County on Tuesday.

Evidence presented at the trial established the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on Apr. 13, 2023.

Jack Waylon Kuykendall, 41, was a backseat passenger who had an outstanding warrant. Around 28 grams of methamphetamine were found in his jacket pocket along with a backpack at his feet with a digital scale and two more bags of methamphetamine, weighing around three grams inside, deputies said…
