SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Nearly six months after a 16-year-old student was stabbed at San Ysidro High School, her guardian is suing the Sweetwater Union High School District, the male student accused of the December 10th stabbing, and his parents.
The 28-page lawsuit alleges negligence, abuse, and breach of mandatory reporting, among other things.
