Chatham County teacher charged with child molestation granted $15K bond

CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – A Chatham County teacher facing charges of child molestation and improper sexual contact with a student has been granted a $15,000 bond with an ankle monitor and multiple other significant conditions.

Paulina Walden will be fitted with an ankle monitor before bailing out of jail. She is banned from her home because her child lives there and cannot have contact with her child pending a mental evaluation, an arrangement with DFACS for a case plan and a parenting class.

The teacher was also given a no contact order for the underage victim in the case and must not have contact with anyone under the age of 18.
