EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man who died in the custody of El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies earlier this year died from “acute methamphetamine toxicity,” according to a report from the El Paso County Office of the Medical Examiner.
The man’s death was also ruled an accident by the medical examiner, according to the same report.
