Authorities have released the cause of death of Leche de Tigre Cebicheria Peruana co-founder Axel Oliva two months after the Michelin-recognized restaurateur’s sudden death at the age of 31.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner ruled that Oliva died March 29 from the combined toxic effects of kratom alkaloids and alcohol. His death was ruled accidental.
The full autopsy report was not immediately available. The San Antonio Express-News has submitted a formal request for the full report, which will contain further details on Oliva’s death, including the level of kratom and alcohol toxicity…
