Now, the building is entering its next chapter as Kinella Capital, LLC, led by developer TK Stratton, launches the official One Camelback availability website, giving prospective residents their first complete look at floorplans, pricing, view options, amenities, and residences inside the tower. Pre-leasing is now underway, marking a major milestone for one of the Valley’s most closely watched residential transformations.
