SALEM Ore. (KPTV) – A 42-year-old Wenatchee man was arrested in Salem on Friday for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting his romantic partner, according to Salem Police.
Just before 6 a.m., officers with the Salem Police Department were sent to Center Market on Center Street Northeast after a 41-year-old Wenatchee woman ran inside, asking for help.
When officers arrived at the convenience store, they found the woman suffering from multiple serious injuries and she was rushed to a local hospital for treatment…
