Upon walking through the doors of Double D’s Honkytonk and Smokehouse, newly opened in Downtown Willoughby, guests will be able to smell the barbecue selections inspired from Nashville, Kansas City and Austin.
Located at 3941 Erie St., the barbecue-themed honky-tonk concept officially opened on May 23 after hosting its first line dancing lessons on May 21.
“We did that because the response was so great,” said Dustin Dykstra, the owner who led the reimagining of the 8,000-square-foot, two-story building into Double D’s. “I wanted to make sure we handled that well and then go from there.”…
